NMSAE offers EVENT, WEBSITE and DIRECTORY ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
Networking program and lunch events: NMSAE schedules monthly networking meetings that include an educational presentation and lunch, allowing members the opportunity to network and hear a guest speaker or panel of speakers. The schedule at to date for the year 2010 includes the following networking program and lunch events:
Annual membership meeting: NMSAE holds its annual membership meeting, for purpose of election of officers and board of directors in May of each year. This meeting includes a special educational program, planned to be of a longer time period with more educational content and higher attendance than is the case with regular monthly lunch meetings. There is also more time for networking among members and an installation ceremony for new board members and officers. Date: Location:
NETWORKING EVENT INVESTMENT:
Regular monthly events: co-sponsor: $150 sole sponsor $350
Annual membership meeting: co-sponsor $200 sole sponsor $500
End of year event from $100 to $500, no sole sponsors
RETURN ON INVESTMENT:
- Company name and logo on NMSAE website with link to company’s website for 30 days.
- Recognized as sponsor on all pre-event promotions and post-event acknowledgements
- A spotlight table top to display company information
- Company name and brief description in meeting printed program
- Company name on sponsor poster prominently displayed in meeting room
- Introduction and recognition by presiding master of ceremonies at meeting
- 3 minute opportunity to address audience at meeting
- complimentary lunch for 2 representatives of company
- a complete list of attendees addresses for a one-time mailing upon request.
- Recognition as sponsor on company attendees’ name badges.
DONATIONS OF DOOR PRIZE OR SILENT AUCTION ITEMS
At every networking event NMSAE welcomes donation of items that can be given away as door prizes or auctioned to help raise money. The return on investment:
- Recognized as sponsor on all post-event acknowledgements
- Recognized on printed program and poster display at event and by oral announcement at event

Home page banner Member rate: $75/mo. Non-member rate: $100/mo.

*Subsequent page could be any other page that is frequently visited, such as calendar page .

Add $20 set-up fee for 1st time ad placement
Sponsor of a blast e-mail message. When important messages or bulletins are sent blast e-mail from the website, company’s name listed as sponsor of the message.
Rate: $20 per occasion, open to members only.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT:
Exposure to website visitors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With an average of 30 hits a day, 1000 hits per month, a perfect vehicle to gain maximum exposure to your targeted market.
